  I have dedicated most of my time to learning and testing several techniques with fishing for monster bluecats on Lake of the Ozarks and Truman Lake using the most up-to-date electronics. Going beyond the old school ways of fishing has brought more fish into my boat than I could have ever imagined. These techniques better allow me to put my guests on fish. Being on the water every day, fishing with new people, and teaching them what I know – there is no better job! This brought me to obtain my Master Captain’s license through the Coast Guard. Let the adventures begin!

I started Expert Angling in hopes to share my passion with others.  I think everyone should get the chance to experience the adrenaline rush of hooking and fighting a fish.  In my opinion, Lake of the Ozarks is the perfect location for a fishing trip due to the diversity of angling opportunities.  I specialize in targeting bass and crappie, however this lake also offers the opportunity to catch other species such as catfish, white bass, hybrid stripers, and walleye.
